'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' trailer creates history in indian cinema

The trailer of 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' has generated a landmark 5 million views in just 24 hours, thus becoming the most viewed trailer in the history of Indian cinema.


The hugely anticipated trailer of Salman Khan's Diwali family extravaganza 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' has created history. Within 24 hours of its release, the audiences love for Salman Khan has seen the trailer clock over 5 million views on its social media platforms (YouTube and Facebook combined). It has, thus, created the record of getting the highest number of views by any film in the history of Indian cinema.


The movie which marks a reunion of the iconic director Sooraj Barjatya and superstar Salman Khan, after a gap of 16 years. They have previously worked in three blockbusters like Maine Pyar Kiya, Hum Apke Hain Kaun? and Hum Saath Saath Hainin which Salman played the character of Prem (a quintessential do-gooder) that was loved by audiences of all age groups.



In 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo', Salman Khan will see Salman play the role of Prem Dilwala and he has been paired opposite the gorgeous Sonam Kapoor.


Clearly the most loved character in Indian cinema, Prem, has yet again won over the hearts of cinelovers across the world!


Presented by Fox Star Studios, 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' is produced by Rajshri Productions. The film will release on Nov 12.
